    New Good Faith Regulations
    The US Department of Housing and Urban Development has implemented new regulations regarding lenders' good faith estimates as of January 1, 2010.
    If you are buying or refinancing a home, there are new HUD regulations regarding the good faith estimates provided by mortgage lenders.
