Here are some frequently asked questions.  Be sure your popup blocker is turned off and make sure you are using Internet Explorer.  Those two things take care of 95% of the calls we get.  After that take a look at the questions below.  If you still have an issue, call - 551 404 5341. or email [email protected]

  1. When can I take the course?
  2. Do I have to take the whole course at once?
  3. How often can I use my "preferred user registration code"?
  4. When will my credits appear on PSI Exams?
  5. I'm taking a course... Is the whole course online? 
  6. I'm taking a course and I'm locked out! What do I do? 
  7. I waited until the last minute to take my course(s), it's not normal business hours, and I'm having problems. What do I do?
  8. I have completed my course(s).  Do I have to do anything else to get my credit? 
  9. I use AOL. Is this course compatible with the AOL browser?
  10. I am not very good on the Computer! 
  11. Can I get back into my course once I have completed it?
  12. How do I contact support?

 

Once you register on the site you can log in anytime and take the course. It will always be available to you anytime you wan to log in.

The system will keep track of where you are in the lesson so you can leave the lesson then come back and pick up where you left off.

The "preferred user registration code" is agency specific. Anyone can use it from your agency for any course.

We upload credit information to the appropriate State Agency on the 15th and 30th of every month. If you need to have your credits recorded immediately, contact us and we will try to accomodate you.

I'm taking a course... Is the whole course online?   
Yes. You will take the course and test online. (Testing is required on some Real Estate and Mortgage courses)  You can start or stop the course anytime you want, then pick it up at a later time.  The system has multiple back-up systems to remember your place in the course.back to top
I'm taking an course and I'm locked out! What do I do?   
If you get locked out for any reason, send us an email at [email protected]. As with everything, sometimes emails do not go through. If this happens, please call 551-404-5341. You can always start on your next course while waiting for the other course to get unlocked.back to top
I waited until the last minute to take my course(s), it's not normal business hours, and I'm having problems. What do I do?   
We know our students are often busy, and take courses late at night. Our staff monitors email requests for help/customer support after business hours, and on weekends. Try calling or sending an email to customer support. [email protected]   back to top

I have completed my course(s).  Do I have to do anything else to get my credit? 
After completing your course, you can click on the "My Certificates" tab in the "My Account" tab to view your completion certificate.  This certificate is for your records.  CyberLearnPro will submit your credits to the appropriate State Agency.  In some state that require an exam to be monitored and an affidavit to that effect, CyberLearnPro will submit your credits upon receipt of the affidavit.    back to top
I use AOL. Is this course compatible with the AOL browser? 
Although we do not provide technical support when using the AOL Browser, it may be possible for you to take this course with the AOL browser. The preferred method would be to logon to AOL, minimize the AOL program, then start Internet Explorer.  The icon for this program is a Blue "e" on your desktop or from your start menu.   back to top

Computer expertise is not required! Take time to read and listen carefully to the course, and follow the instructions. back to top

Can I get back into my course once I have completed it? 
Yes, you can get back into the course once you have completed it.  The course is available for one year from the time you enrolled so that it is available as a resource in case you want to review it.  back to top
